Three apartment buildings are planned in this unique location, each with a basement, ground floor, first floor and top floor. A total of eleven apartments with approx. 1566 m² of above-ground living space and approx. 330 m² of hobby and storage rooms in the basement will be built. The outlaying first and third buildings will feature one apartment per floor, with a total of three spacious apartments per house. The larger, central building will feature five apartments: two apartments on the ground floor, two on the second floor, and a large single unit on the top floor. The 2 to 5 room apartments range in size from approx. 61 m² to approx. 201 m². Each of the ground-floor apartments has its own garden. All apartments have partially surrounding wooden balconies. Most apartments also have conservatories facing the sunny side, with large panorama windows that can be fully opened in summer. Each building is positioned so as not to obstruct or even enter the view of any of the neighbouring properties of the project.

 

Under the three buildings, an underground car garage will be built on two levels, with a total of 22 parking spaces. Further 9 outdoor parking spaces will be constructed above ground. A charging station for electric cars with chip system will be installed at a jointly owned site for all residents.
