The Tegernsee region is so beautiful because the city has a traditionally oriented design. This has been taken into account to suit the regional appearance. The aspiration of our architects was to combine this appearance with modern approaches to create impressive things - both inside and outside.

 

The ensemble "Königsblick am Paraplui" impresses with high quality in all areas. Here, extremely value-resistant and solid, brick-built residential buildings with modern fittings and energy-saving building technology are being built. The building materials used will be consistently typical of the location and as natural as possible. For example, the outer timber cladding of the buildings consists of the heartwood of the alpine larch, and exclusively local roof tiles are used.

 

The interior fittings use only high-quality surfaces, materials and installation elements. These include uniform stainless steel door handles and window fittings, fine and natural stone surfaces, oak floorboards and partitions made of real glass in the bathrooms equipped with high-quality fittings.

 

This creates a quality of living both outside and inside that makes you feel very comfortable right from the start and for many years to come.

The quality of construction.

All in all, value stable, solid brick-built residential buildings with modern fittings and very energy-saving building technology are planned. The building materials are largely local and as natural as possible.

 

In its external appearance, the traditionally oriented design statutes of the city of Tegernsee are combined with modern architectural approaches, wherever possible.

The external areas of the common areas and the individual gardens assigned to the ground-floor apartments in the condominium are constructed according to the external layout plan. The terracing of the gardens in Tegernsee is legally prohibited.
