The house "King Maximilian" offers its residents a great atmosphere and plenty of space in five apartments, which are offered on three floors. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long and, if you wish, you can follow it with a deck chair on the terraces, surrounding balcony and patios, while you have the best view over the beautiful Tegernsee lake and the fascinating world of mountains behind it from everywhere.
The projecting conservatories and the weather-protected patio on the top floor lend the building its special character. Of course, the future residents of the ground floor apartments can design the large garden areas according to their taste.

In house III "King Maximilian" we are building two apartments per floor on the ground and first floor, in order to meet different requirements. The smaller apartments are perfectly cut for a one-person household, whereas families will find plenty of space in the large apartments.
The individual apartments are allocated separate hobby rooms, which can be used not only as additional storage space but also as a fitness and wellness room. There's definitely enough space for all your ideas.
The new residents of the ground floor apartments are of course entitled to special use of the garden and sun terrace. The apartments on the upper floor have long balconies which are accessible from every room - apart from the bathrooms. Both large apartments on the ground floor and first floor have a sheltered panoramic conservatory on the southern side of the house, perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or romantic red wine for two.
The apartment on the top floor also offers some highlights. For example, its three rooms and a very large open space for living, eating and cooking. Especially beautiful is the deep covered patio, which offers an incomparable view over Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Almost as fascinating is the view from the two balconies on the east and west side of the building.
